Broker-in-Charge
As Broker-in-Charge of Home Link Realty, Brandon provides brokerage oversight, supports David, and serves as experienced backup when an issue needs additional judgment or escalation. He also helps build the reporting, automation, and communication systems behind HLR's owner experience.
Head of Property Management
David leads the day-to-day property-management operation. He coordinates owner and resident communication, leasing activity, maintenance follow-up, and the next responsible step, with Brandon available for brokerage oversight and backup.
Who owns what
Owners should not have to figure out who is responsible when something needs attention. David is the primary property-management leader. Brandon's Broker-in-Charge role adds a second layer of judgment and accountability when the situation calls for it.
